QHSE offshore
The QHSE Offshore Representative provides support on the establishment, monitoring & reporting of the QHSE Management System (QHSE-MS) at the offshore worksite as per relevant ISO standards, acts as QHSE advisory as per in-force Law requirements and led by the principles of best practices within the relevant Industry (renewables, oil & gas) for the role, responsible for the QHSE duties on the assigned project, as both internal and external interface.
Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

QHSE implementation, integrity safeguard and management of, including but not limited to, routinary survey:
• Hazardous Substances’ Register
• Lifting/Rigging Register
• PPE, including 3rd category Register
• SHOC Card Register
• HSE walkarounds Register, Reporting and Close-Out Plan - Support with QHSE performance reporting, this latest at least monthly
- Actively chair H&S dedicated meetings and actively participate coordination meetings, when also HSE is in the agenda
- Lead HIRAs/HAZOPs, toolbox talks, briefing to promote H&S prevention with working teams, both internal and subcontracted
- Support planned management of changes in terms of HSE aspects, impacts and risk assessment, including contractors.
- Propose any initiatives to improve H&S performances of personnel
- Facilitate interfaces at the offshore worksite between NEXTGEO company and the project worksite Contractor and Employer
- Actively participate walkarounds, inspections and audits
- Support project emergency readiness, with desktop tests
- Further to a real emergency offshore, participating as a passenger, guided by the vessel key Emergency Response Team member, as requested
Experience Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in QHSE discipline or technical subject
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in managing projects offshore in the reference markets (Renewables, Oil & Gas)
- Working experience of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 requirements
- Knowledge of IMO/ISM/Flag requirements
- Experience in incident investigation
- Possess electro-mechanical/electrical knowledge and experience
- Have experience using IT systems and software
- Be familiar with the System Orca 90
